A Successful Return to the Workplace
When returning to work after an illness or accident, there can be a lot to deal with. There are insurance benefits and medical assessments, in addition to the support options your line manager and HR offer, and of course your own ideas on how best to reintegrate. In order for these parties to work together successfully, it’s helpful to have someone coordinate these support services. That’s why your employer or insurance company has signed you up for Case Management with Movis.
Your case manager is on your side as your personal contact person.
We relieve you of the burden and take on coordination with all departments involved.
You get professional support on your return to work.
We offer a transparent and individual approach.
We support you in the development of sustainable solutions.
Case Management is used in complex situations when people from different specialist areas (doctors, line managers, HR, insurance companies) work together to achieve a common goal. In Case Management, we coordinate the support services offered by the various parties.
In Case Management, the focus is on you. Working together with you, we establish the most favourable way for you to return to work. This is done in 3 stages:
1. Situation analysis: We discuss your current situation with you. 2. Target definition: With your express consent, we contact your medical network and employer in order to develop a common objective and plan for reintegration. 3. Implementation support: In regular discussions with you and the involved parties, we look at how the objectives have been achieved and whether rescribed measures are still appropriate. If necessary, prescribed adjustments are made in consultation with the involved parties.
The purpose of Case Management is to take pressure off you, so you can concentrate fully on yourself. Our support services are:
The duration of Case Management is determined in consultation with the employer.
Case Management is commissioned and financed by your employer, by the accident or daily benefit insurance provider, or by other insurance providers.
You can reach us over the phone on +41 (0)848 270 270 or by email at info@movis.ch. You can find us at more than 20 locations across Switzerland.
If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment, we request that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
If you’re not able to understand your case manager’s statements or actions or would like to query them – please speak directly to them. If you don’t want to contact your case manager directly for questions, criticism, or other feedback, then the Movis management will be happy to help. You can also submit feedback via anonymous appraisal.
Movis places great value on the careful handling of personal data. Processing of such data is done strictly in accordance with national and EU data protection provisions.
For Case Management, Movis is accountable to the employer. We therefore require your consent to exchange information with your employer, with insurance providers, with the attending physician, and with other departments involved. In the event of danger to yourself or others, the case manager will apprise third parties in order to counteract it. Your case details are recorded for case management, invoicing, and for impersonal statistical reports. You can personally gain access to your files upon request.
