Point of Contact for Violations of Personal Integrity
In the event of integrity violations such as bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, violence and threats, you can rely on Movis as an external, professional point of contact. We offer access to confidential counselling to protect personal integrity for those affected, accused and other employees involved. This option provides relief, gives those involved the necessary information and opens up plans of action. Supervisors and HR benefit from expert advice to support in prevention and intervention. Though point of contact is an integral part of the Employee Assistance Program, it is also offered exclusively.
