Point of Contact for Violations of Personal Integrity

In the event of integrity violations such as bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, violence and threats, you can rely on Movis as an external, professional point of contact. We offer access to confidential counselling to protect personal integrity for those affected, accused and other employees involved. This option provides relief, gives those involved the necessary information and opens up plans of action. Supervisors and HR benefit from expert advice to support in prevention and intervention.
Though point of contact is an integral part of the Employee Assistance Program, it is also offered exclusively.

Counselling for Every Situation

Mr M is suffering due to conflict with his work colleague and does not like coming to the office any more as a result.

Mr X seems stressed, he does not take any breaks and works until late in the evening. He needs more time to complete his tasks than before. The line manager is concerned and recommends counselling with Movis.

Ms Y is unhappy in her marriage, she doesn’t know whether she wants to separate or not. This puts a strain on her. She can no longer sleep through the night and can barely concentrate at work.

Ms B is in debt. Now she’s facing deductions from her wage, which she’s terrified of. She wants to know what she can do in this situation.

Movis provides special on-site services by arrangement, for example support in the event of mass redundancies and follow-up support for teams during change processes or after critical incidents. Support with psychological emergencies and care interventions are reinforced via our partner services.
