- Health surveys provide information about stresses and sensitivities in the workforce and enable insights into the health behaviour of employees. - HRV (heart rate variability) measurements assess the regulatory capacity of the autonomic nervous system of stressed employees by measuring stress and sleep (over 72 hours). For those affected, the results summarised in a report form a basis for real change and optimising energy management.
