Stress can affect employees’ well-being and health and can lead to high costs for the company. In this training, participants identify their own stressors in their professional and private lives and analyse their subjective assessment of them. Preventative steps, both personal and in the workplace, to prevent burnout will also be discussed.

Protecting Personal Integrity

We conduct these presentations and seminars in collaboration with our subsidiary IntegrityPlus.

Organisations have a responsibility to uphold the integrity of their employees and to protect them from bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, and violence in the workplace. A good working atmosphere promotes well-being and supports the performance of all employees. The training enables participants to recognise situations where personal integrity is violated and to react appropriately. In the seminar, the skills and capabilities of employees with and without managerial responsibilities are trained on the basis of your organisation’s regulations. Employees are aware of the confidential internal and/or external points of contact, while supervisors and HR managers can competently fulfil their duty to intervene.

Powered by IntegrityPlus: this Movis subsidiary combines our many years of consulting experience with the legal expertise of Rudin & Cantieni.

Absence Management

Absence talks can be difficult because they invade employees’ privacy and often touch upon sensitive issues. Nevertheless, they make it possible to identify employees’ health issues at an early stage and initiate timely steps to relieve the burden on all parties involved (employees, team, management). This training supports supervisors and HR managers in conducting absence talks safely and thus ensuring optimum employee support.

Challenges in Training

Entering the world of work during initial vocational training poses a number of challenges. Vocational school and the requirements of the training place need to be aligned with each other, and apprentices are now mainly interacting with adults. All these changes are part of young adults’ general development. The training provides an overview of the challenges from a developmental psychology perspective. Participants learn how to have structured conversations with their apprentices, aided by a model depicting the areas of life.

  • Mental health model
